Philosophy and Perception

Perception and Philosophy

In philosophy it is important to view things and to find previously unseen logic and wisdom hidden within everyday life and everyday issues. Remember common consensus is simply not good enough, you won't get anywhere in philosophy if you just accept all common consensus or government information as gospel, it's all about good old fashioned Q&A. Questions have power and don't be scared of trying to find answers, dig and research your topic then contemplate the issues, problems and solutions. Philosophy is like a gym for the mind, it can be tiring but the more you put in the better the results.

Just a quick taster for all budding philosophers.

Remember to push your boundaries daily and to challenge yours and others perception to dispel flawed logic and false truths so that your journey does not stagnate and you continue to edge ever closer to truth for this is how we grow and how the reigns of justice can be placed back into the hands of the plebian’s as we rise from the ashes of our decaying society and right the wrongs of old.

Corruption begins when we give responsibility for our own actions, beliefs and moral values to others and wash our hands of the blame and shame of what the western nations have done in our once good name. We as individuals must take more responsibility of the group as a whole, when you can not control your actions or make morally just decisions yourself, how do you expect society to achieve what you’ve failed? After all a society is only as good as the individuals are within it.

What is reality you say? hmmm reality is a human spun web of meaning where there is none, it is a veil that can only be lifted so far by so few, reality is merely a common consensus, of those who lack the intelligence to pierce the veil, that this experience is real and that time is linear which in turn generates a false sense of time and place.
Don't believe me? Well when your in a dream you get that same false sense of time and place which until you wake up you can not dispel even though it is not real or your reality and if you apply the same principles to this world any moment you could wake up and this ceases to be real and would seem like a split second instead of a lifetime

Fluke, an amusing term, why is it when we do something good we call it fluke? I mean how many times have you heard or even said “I couldn’t do that again if I tried”? I hear it all the time and the funny thing is that what you don’t quite vocalize is the underlying why to that statement. When you try to do something the internal dialogue will try to guide you through repeating the feat again and of course nine times out of ten you fail. Have you ever considered that when you did it by `fluke` that you weren’t thinking or trying to do anything, you simply just did it?

These should give an idea of what alternate really is and how even in something simple you can miss obvious truths if you are completely unaware of philosophy and the art of thought.
